NSA's Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) are at the forefront of SIGINT, analyzing foreign language materials, translating, and providing insights across the IC. Depending on skill level, MDLAs may enter the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or be hired directly into analytic offices. Entry requirements include ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening, with completing the LADP involving several tours and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
