Must have: BLS, CPI Certification/Will accept Calm Every Storm Certification, 1 year of current Behavioral Health experience

Preferred or nice to have: Strong Behavioral Health Inpatient experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): BH admissions/discharges, Lead RN resources classes provided, Floating to other Inpatient adult BH Units

Best personality Fit: Flexibility and willingness to handle patient acuity, Team-player and compassion is a must, Great learning opportunity to care for patients with varied mental health issues
