Children’s Therapy Services of Colorado (CTSC) is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing Northglenn team!

We’re a supportive, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic offering ABA, OT, PT, and Speech services all under one roof. This is a primarily clinic-based position with opportunities for some home-based services, giving you a consistent home base while maintaining variety and flexibility in your caseload.

• Work primarily in our Northglenn pediatric clinic alongside a collaborative team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and supervision from experienced BCBAs while continuing to build your clinical and leadership skills.
• Play an active role in child-centered, evidence-based ABA programming focused on communication, independence, functional skills, and real-life success.
• Support and mentor RBTs while gaining valuable experience in clinical leadership and team collaboration.
• Collaborate across disciplines with OT, PT, and Speech to provide coordinated, whole-child care.

What We're Looking For

Meets applicable Colorado requirements to practice in the BCaBA role

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Passion for working with children and families

Experience working with and supporting RBTs

Pediatric ABA experience preferred

Experience with naturalistic/developmental approaches, including ESDM, preferred

CPR/First Aid certification by start date

Spanish speaking a plus
