Let's get straight to it. SimplyEuro is hiring a BMW Master Technician for our Katy, TX location. This isn't another independent shop trying to work on BMWs with generic scan tools and guesswork. We've built a shop specifically for technicians who want to diagnose and repair BMWs the right way. Our team averages 200+ flagged hours per technician, every month. The shop runs efficiently because everyone, from our advisors to our leadership team, understands what it takes to support high-performing technicians. We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair everything from complex electrical issues and vehicle networks to engine performance, transmission concerns, chassis systems, hybrid technology, ADAS calibrations, and BMW's latest vehicle platforms. Whether you're a BMW Level 1 Technician, BMW Master Technician, or well on your way there, we'd love to talk. I know exactly where you are because I've lived it. You'll have access to: BMW ISTA+ diagnostic and programming software, factory BMW service information and wiring diagrams, OEM repair procedures and technical documentation, factory programming, coding, and software updates, BMW special service tools designed specifically for OEM repairs, OEM-approved diagnostic equipment, modern alignment equipment and ADAS calibration capabilities, battery programming and vehicle registration equipment, every lift, tool, and piece of shop equipment needed to perform repairs correctly. We invest heavily in tooling because we expect our technicians to fix vehicles correctly the first time. No guessing. No shortcuts. No aftermarket workarounds. Our facility is fully air-conditioned, exceptionally clean, and designed by technicians, for technicians.

What We Offer: $50-$60 per flagged hour, plus production bonuses, Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and paid holidays, paid BMW and industry training, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right technician. Requirements: The Technician must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead. Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours, is required. Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.
