About the Role:
Join Rapid Tire Response Inc as a Mobile Truck Tire Tech in Woburn, MA, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional tire services on the go. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering fast and reliable solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform tire installations, repairs, and rotations on-site for commercial trucks.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and compliance of tires.
Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work environment.
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
