Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

- Manage a client caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster effective therapeutic relationships. \n
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, logistics for future appointments, and appropriate discharge planning. \n
- Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized, person-centered treatment plans in conjunction with clients to ensure therapeutic objectives are met. \n
- Document client progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes that comply with clinical requirements. \n
- Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate treatment approaches tailored to those needs. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing necessary support for varied therapeutic interventions. \n
- Engage in regular supervisory meetings to discuss clinical developments and pursue continued professional education. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients. \n
- Maintain a growth mindset—actively seeking constructive feedback and embracing opportunities for skill enhancement. \n

Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:

- A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with eligibility to practice within Kansas. \n
- The ability to meet specific credentialing requirements pertinent to our clinic and its associated services. \n
Candidates with the following experiences will be preferred:

- A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients, particularly within youth and substance abuse populations. \n
- A demonstrated background in assessment, diagnosis, and the execution of individual and group therapy. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and strong basic computer skills to manage client information. \n
