Schedule

7PM-7AM 12-Hour Shifts On A 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation

Training for all night shift employees is done on the day shift. Schedule flexibility to meet this requirement is required for consideration.

What You Will D

• oSet up and operate a converting bag machine
• .Adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery; performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel
• .Train operators to make minor to mid adjustments and repairs on machinery
• .Read work orders to ensure correct material use and quality specifications
• .Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards
• .Provide feedback to the Production Supervisors & Production Manager on machine upkeep and issues
• .Set print and gauge printers
• .Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead
• .Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group
• .Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies
• .Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays
