Program Specialist

Program Specialist Major Duties: Serves as a primary contact and advocate for the Talent Management System (TMS) Troubleshoots user issues with passwords, log in, change/reset passwords and unlocks accounts for TMS users; determines system and technical complications Coordinates, assists, and/or supports local Finger Lakes Health Care System training events Develops orientation schedules and with the primary coordinator of their orientation requirements Coordinates the recruitment, application process, funding, logistical support and monitoring of employees who are awarded a scholarship Acts as the timekeeper for multiple employees Assists with internal/external general requests for information and assistance; maintains and monitors multiple education Fund control Point Maintains department office environment and supplies Performs equipment inventory and ordering Provides and posts local training and educational opportunities Fund control point clerk Other duties as assigned Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
