Partnering with teams across Partnerships, Analytics, Governance, and Enablement, you will help deliver innovative advertising solutions, drive operational excellence, and support the continued growth of the Media Network.What you'll doThis list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Support the planning, activation, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns across American Airlines owned media channels.Coordinate campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful campaign launches and on-time execution.Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless campaign implementation and fulfillment of advertiser commitments.Monitor campaign performance and delivery metrics, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and operational improvements.Assist in campaign reporting, measurement, and performance analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Support the development and maintenance of campaign operations processes, workflows, governance standards, and documentation.Collaborate with Analytics teams to validate campaign performance, measure outcomes, and support reporting requirements.Work with Partnerships and channel teams to ensure accurate execution of advertising placements and program commitments.Support testing and implementation of new advertising products, capabilities, channels, and partner solutions.Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.Assist in managing campaign inventory, tracking deliverables, and maintaining operational records.Develop presentations, status updates, and business communications for stakeholders and leadership.Stay informed on advertising, media, technology, and industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement.Support special projects and strategic initiatives that advance the growth and effectiveness of the Media Network.All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience3 years of related experience in advertising operations, campaign management, digital media, marketing, project management, analytics, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceExperience supporting digital advertising campaigns across multiple media channelsExperience working within media networks, retail media, travel media, digital marketing, advertising technology, or related industriesKnowledge of campaign measurement, media performance reporting, and optimization practicesExperience with advertising operations, trafficking, campaign delivery, or media activation processesExperience developing presentations and supporting executive-level communicationsFamiliarity with marketing technology, advertising platforms, and customer engagement channelsExperience supporting process improvement and operational scalability initiativesSkills, Licenses & CertificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insightsExcellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsAbility to build effective partnerships and collaborate across cross-functional teamsKnowledge of campaign operations, digital advertising, media planning, and campaign performance measurementProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business reporting toolsAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutionsStrong business acumen and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environmentExperience with data visualization, reporting, and performance tracking tools is a plusDemonstrated adaptability and willingness to support evolving business priorities and new media capabilitiesWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
