Job Summary
Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, Revolutionizing Care Delivery™, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Admissions Director to join our team in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficient and effective coordination with referral sources, families, and caregivers
Develop and implement admission policies and procedures, aligning with regulatory requirements and company standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address potential admissions barriers, optimizing patient outcomes and satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and increase admissions
Analyze and report on admissions data to inform strategic decisions and improve processes
Provide education and training to staff on admissions procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
