Job Title: Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012 | Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Overview Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN. Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, supporting both adults and children. Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care while coordinating with clinicians and families. Responsibilities One‑to‑one patient care in a home environment. Execute physicians’ prescribed plans of care and document care in the electronic system of record. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other providers. Promote health, educate patients and families, and provide training as needed. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practice occurs. Compact license transferred to state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component. TB skin test within last 12 months. Minimum 6 months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Willingness to provide in‑home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
