At Yaz's Boutique Cafe & Bakery, we believe in creating an experience. From the first smile at the register to the last guest walking out the door, every detail matters.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and leads by example. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining high standards of service, managing inventory and ordering, and helping create a positive culture where both guests and staff feel valued.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage shifts. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, inspires others, and genuinely cares about the success of the business.

What you'll do:

Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the cafe

Coach, train, and develop team members

Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards

Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily workflows

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence

Help drive sales, team performance, and guest satisfaction

What we're looking for:

Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or retail

Strong communication and team-building skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Experience with scheduling, inventory, and operational oversight

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Weekend availability
