What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial engineering location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized access, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift communications while supporting Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
