Comptroller / Controller Job Information About the Opportunity We are currently partnering with a well-established, community-focused bank to identify a Comptroller to join their leadership team. The Role This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the bank, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. They act as a key advisor to the CEO and board, especially on financial risk and capital management. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8+ years of accounting/finance experience (banking strongly preferred). 5+ years of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), AML, or BSA experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. Proven leadership, communication, and investor relations management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
