The Role This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the bank, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. They act as a key advisor to the CEO and board, especially on financial risk and capital management. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8+ years of accounting/finance experience (banking strongly preferred). 5+ years of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), AML, or BSA experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. Proven leadership, communication, and investor relations management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
