ABA Therapist (RBT) - Part-Time/Per Diem
Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist (BT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As an ABA Therapist (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices. This part-time/per diem position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients' families and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and improve clinical skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress

Requirements:
- RBT certification is preferred but not required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with ABA principles and evidence-based practices
