Valley Trades Staffing is hiring General Laborers to support construction sites across the Valley. If you're hardworking, dependable, and ready to learn, we'll keep you working consistently.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support on active construction sites
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred (not always required)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley
Weekly pay, every week — no delays
Workers' comp coverage on every job
W-2 employment with full payroll handled
Variety of job sites and project types
Opportunities for temp-to-perm conversion
