CNC Machine Operator (Wire Coiler)

Our commitment to engineering excellence and innovation makes us a trusted name in performance and reliability.**We are seeking a Wire Coiling Machine Operator / Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining wire coiling equipment to produce precision components that meet strict quality and performance requirements.**Key Responsibilities**Set up and operate wire coiling machines according to work instructions and printsLoad wire material, adjust tooling, guides, mandrels, and feed systemsPerform first-piece verification and in-process inspectionsMonitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistencyTroubleshoot machine and process issues (wire feed, tension, coil pitch, diameter, etc.)Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, or go/no-go gaugesDocument setups, offsets, and process changesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWork closely with quality and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes**Qualifications**Experience operating and setting up wire coiling or spring coiling machines (CNC or mechanical)Understanding of wire materials, diameters, and forming principlesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsExperience holding tight tolerances in a production environmentMechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable**Experience in sheet metal forming is a strong plus and may make you an excellent candidate for this growing opportunity**Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing preferred**Benefits:****401(k)****401(k) matching****Dental insurance****Health insurance****Health savings account****Life insurance****Paid time off****Vision insurance** #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
