Great civil construction company in the greater Tampa, FL area. All local work within 50 miles of the main office. Primary projects are total Site Development for Private / Municipal projects. They are small to midsized company with great owners. Company culture is very important and have a steady backlog of projects. They are immediately looking to hire for a Superintendent position, see below.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5+ Years of Superintendent experience
• Self perform experience Underground utilities (a must) and Earthwork/Grading
• Projects: Site Development - Private / Municipal
• Experience overseeing self perform crews and subcontractors
• Good Tenure / Team player a huge bonus
