Financial Solutions Advisor

To support learners in overcoming financial barriers to education, the full-time Financial Solutions Advisor will develop long-term funding plans, provide comprehensive counseling on various financial aid options, and engage with learners through multiple communication channels in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Consult with learners to review and guide them through federal student aid, military benefits, and self-pay options Maintain accurate documentation of learner interactions and track progression through the Customer Relations Management system Participate in recruitment and retention activities, including virtual events and webinars, to offer funding guidance Required qualifications An earned bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of federal student aid and military education benefits Experience in a high-volume customer service environment, preferably in financial aid or higher education Ability to meet and maintain access requirements for secure federal and/or state websites Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
