This role serves as a key point of contact for customers through phone and email communication and helps resolve issues by troubleshooting concerns, escalating complaints when needed, and identifying timely solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter customer orders accurately and timely into company systems.Respond to customer needs through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.Maintain and update customer account details to ensure information is complete and accurate.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems, researching concerns, and identifying practical solutions.Escalate customer complaints or complex concerns to the appropriate internal team members when needed.Maintain customer documentation, records, and spreadsheets accurately and consistently.Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure follow-through.Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.Work Environment, Physical Demands, and TravelThe Customer Service Representative works in an office-based customer service environment and regularly uses phones, email, spreadsheets, and company systems to support customer needs. Minimal travel may be required as needed.This position does not have an application deadline.
