As a Screener in a dynamic cruise operations location, you will help monitor access points, screen guests and team members, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
• Screen passengers, crew members, visitors, baggage, and personal items using approved equipment and procedures to help support access control and security-related operations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, prohibited items, and/or policy violations in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or onsite personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, terminal spaces, and perimeter locations, noting unusual conditions and documenting security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
