We Offer:Pay Rate up to $45-50/hr!Daily PayDirect DepositOccupational Therapist (OT) Requirements:Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess residents' functional status, including ADLs, IADLs, cognition, mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and safety awarenessDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on physician orders, resident goals, and evidence-based practiceProvide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve independence in self-care, transfers, positioning, upper extremity function, and adaptive techniquesAddress cognitive, perceptual, and psychosocial deficits impacting daily function and quality of lifeRecommend, train, and educate residents in the use of adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modificationsCollaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, nursing, social services, and physicians) to coordinate care and support optimal outcomesParticipate in care plan meetings, discharge planning, and family education to ensure safe transitions and continuity of careMonitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure services meet medical necessity requirementsComplete timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with Medicare, state, and facility guidelinesMaintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards of occupational therapy practiceSupervise and collaborate with COTAs and therapy aides as applicablePromote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life in a skilled nursing environment
