Residential Mental Health Programs Lead

Shalom House seeks an Assistant Program Manager to join our residential services team in Portland, ME. You will lead, support, and document daily operations while helping adults living with severe mental illness achieve personal goals.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, crisis intervention, and coordinating with families and providers. A bachelor’s in social work or related field is preferred, with 2–3 years of residential MH experience and MHRT-I certification preferred.
