**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial controls or factory automation.
- Proven experience in Rockwell ControlLogix or similar PLC programming platforms.
- Proficiency in PLC-based hardware design.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to ensure minimal business disruption during system modifications.
- Demonstrated commissioning and programming expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels of responsibility.
- Capable of thriving in a matrix organization focused on customer service and personal growth.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions; not accepting work visas at this time.
