As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives. In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business About Goodstart Alfred Cove: Lead an established, purpose-built early learning centre — oversee a 67-place centre offering quality long day care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Convenient Alfred Cove location — positioned between Fremantle and Perth, with a local bus route directly outside the centre, making the centre accessible for families and team members.
