As a trusted partner with Intel and other leading brands, we provide opportunities for our team members to make a real impact by applying their skills and expertise to drive innovation and success.Job Description:Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnelProvide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologiesIdentify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and servicesProactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash salesTrack and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagementComplete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photosMaintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emailsConsistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shiftsAdditional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferredAn interest in PC and Gaming products is a plusAbility to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the saleExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essentialImpeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectationsThrive in a fast-paced team environmentI am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and SundaysOwn a smartphoneAbility to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores within your areaWhat You Can Expect From 2020 CompaniesWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
