Account Sales Representative
Natera
Account Sales Representative position supporting Women's Health sales team in South Bay and Central Valley region. Role involves partnering with Clinical Field Specialists to drive revenue growth through direct sales to OB/GYNs and maternal-fetal medicine providers, managing customer relationships, and supporting product launches.
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Field Specialists in closing business and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Assess needs of medical professionals and coordinate logistics and problem resolution
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in assigned territory
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information while adhering to compliance procedures
- Communicate with internal staff and customers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
