Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: 2+ years recent high volume Labor Delivery experience License: RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications: - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification - NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification - American Heart Association BLS certification - American Heart Association ACLS certification Must-Have: - Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered - Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered - COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients. Care is provided in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction. Specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills are utilized to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care. Care must be appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted. Must be willing to work the facility's schedule. Locals are accepted.
