The Operations Manager oversees teams and operational functions within a fulfillment, warehouse, transportation, delivery, or logistics environment.
The role is responsible for helping ensure that operations meet safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and customer-service objectives.

- Work across departments to resolve workflow problems.
- Support capacity and operational planning.
- Escalate significant operational, personnel, or safety issues.
- Help ensure facility standards and procedures are followed.
