Senior Web Designer

Seeking a talented Senior Web Designer, the full-time position will focus on leading user experience and visual design for high-caliber websites, collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and clients, while working remotely with occasional in-person gatherings. Key responsibilities Lead original web design projects for multiple clients, ensuring a strong focus on user experience and visual design Collaborate with strategists and team members during the research, discovery, and design phases to develop informed design recommendations Produce UI Kits and overall design systems, defining interactions and transitions while working closely with front-end developers on execution Required qualifications Demonstrated experience leading web design for multiple clients in an agency or team setting Experience in UX decision-making, including evaluating options and contributing recommendations Confidence in client interactions, presenting work, and defending design decisions Genuine interest in social impact and collaboration with nonprofit organizations Ability to work during EST hours (10am-6pm) is required
