Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM. Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekends or holidays required.

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services at our facility. This role is essential in ensuring optimal patient recovery through personalized rehabilitation plans and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to rehabilitation staff and students as needed.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
