Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute
Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute in Crown Point, IN, seeks a licensed OT or PT to evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries. You will develop personalized treatment plans, fabricate orthoses, and administer hands-on therapy to restore function and reduce pain. This role requires active licensure, Hand Therapist certification, and BLS, with experience in hand rehabilitation preferred.
