This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish a practice with genuine autonomy, supported by an expanding, financially stable regional health system with modern surgical facilities, an established referral network, and no local competition for these services. This position offers a mix of reconstructive and cosmetic practice shaped to your interests and training. Establish and grow a comprehensive plastic surgery program within the community Perform reconstructive procedures including breast, skin cancer, and post-surgical reconstruction Develop a cosmetic practice aligned with your interests and market demand Help define OR block time, clinic workflows, staffing, and equipment needs Collaborate with general surgery, ENT, dermatology, and primary care on referrals Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Requirements MD or DO degree required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery Eligible for or active Illinois medical license Interest in program-building; experienced surgeons and confident new graduates welcome Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available Expected base salary range $500,000 – $600,000+ Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Modern surgical facilities and dedicated support staff CME days plus annual CME allowance Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits Retirement/pension plan and paid malpractice coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
