Masters Level Counselor

Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional/Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker

Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Must hold a valid associate license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT-A, LPC-MHSP temp, LMSW)

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct and document individual sessions under supervision
• Perform initial and follow-up patient assessments
  
• Prepare individualized treatment plans
• Complete patient documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed
  
• Refer patients to other programs or facilities as necessary
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with a focus on patient safety
