Angels of Care Home Health – Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Pueblo, CO and surrounding areas. Job type: Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Work in client home settings for medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Qualifications Active RN license (New grads welcome, training provided). Experience providing care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
