Closing: 07/02/2026. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in data governance.
- 5 years of experience in compiling and computing data according to statistical formulas for use in data analytic and/or statistical studies.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Compile and compute data according to statistical formulas for use in data analysis and/or statistical studies.
- Prepare business analytics and assists in preparing data governance metrics and reporting
- Conduct research and analysis of data at Client, its definitions and usage, system flows, and key challenges and opportunities
- Assist in preparation of reports, as needed
- Assist with administration of governance forum(s), as needed
- Develop documentation including reference guides, how-to(s), summaries, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
- Closely collaborate with data stakeholders across Client to drive decision making processes and facilitate discussions to address conflicting viewpoints with the goal of arriving at mutually satisfactory agreements
- Other duties as assigned
Miscellaneous Information:
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; 40 hours per week.
- Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring manager
- The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.
- Interviews will be conducted in-person or online based on the availability.
- Training will be provided.
