ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011, and our team is made up of three team members who work closely together in a fun, flexible, and results-oriented environment. Before opening my office, I was a Business Professor in Pennsylvania, which shaped the way I lead today with a strong focus on learning, growth, and helping people build real skills they can use long-term.

Giving back is also a big part of who we are. We stay active in the community through ongoing involvement with MS organizations and local community groups throughout Montgomery County, and we love being part of work that makes a real impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dave Woods - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
