Overview
Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Randolph, Vermont, United States. Start date: 08/10/2026. Duration: 11 weeks through 10/24/2026. Weekly pay: $1,965-$2,016 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 2x3 schedule (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, acute interventions, medication administration, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team; document care in the electronic medical record with accurate nursing notes.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and manage high-acuity conditions with appropriate interventions and escalation as needed.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhere to infection control and privacy policies, and uphold unit protocols.
- Support care coordination and patient education to facilitate disposition and follow-up.
- Adhere to unit staffing ratios (1:3–5) and contribute to a collaborative ED environment.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the State of Vermont.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC (current).
- Certifications preferred but not required: TNCC and/or CEN.
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to meet facility requirements.
