As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.The Warehouse Specialist II will receive, unload, inspect, identify, store, stage, issue, package, label, and ship material.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Will verify material against bills of lading, purchase orders, DD Form 1149s, DD Form 1348-1As, NSNs, NIINs, part numbers, serial numbers, and quantitiesIdentify shortages, overages, damage, deterioration, and incorrect materialUpdate GCSS-MC and warehouse accountability recordsMaintain locator files, issue documentation, inventory records, and supporting documentationConduct physical inventories, location surveys, recounts, and discrepancy researchPull and stage material for customers, shipment, repair, return, or disposal Support excess and obsolete property processing through DLA Disposition ServicesLoad and unload trucksOperate forklifts, pallet trucks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipmentAssist with shelving assembly, warehouse setup, relocation, and reconfigurationStaff the material-issue point and assist customersEscort delivery vehicles when requiredComply with safety, security, PPE, and property-accountability requirementsMay perform other duties as neededQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignmentsGood written and verbal communication skillsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of warehouse, supply, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experienceWarehouse, supply, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experienceDoD or military supply experience preferredFamiliarity with NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control, and military shipping documentationAbility to lift, move, palletize, and handle warehouse material safelyForklift license or ability to obtain one before operating equipmentValid driver's license when assigned vehicle dutiesClearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance is required. Personnel may also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), installation access, and successfully complete a background investigation and suitability determination, as applicablePreferred Qualifications:Associate degree preferredGCSS-MC experience strongly preferredPay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $19.24 to $26.45 per hour.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
