We are searching for a full-time line cook to round out our team here at Florabella. Ideal candidate has a couple years experience working the line but we are more than willing to train the right person. Schedule will be 4 to 5 days/week working in a scratch Italian kitchen which takes tremendous pride in their craft, but never boastful.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation according to our recipes
- Cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Collaborate effectively within a small kitchen team
- Manage physical demands including standing for extended periods and moderate lifting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in food preparation
- Decent knife skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail
