This role is responsible for operating press equipment, packaging finished products, monitoring quality, and maintaining production efficiency.Responsibilities:Operate high-speed stamping presses and auxiliary equipmentPackage metal connector plates and steel components manually and with automated systemsMonitor product quality and minimize wasteReport machine issues or malfunctions to maintenance or supervisorsAssist mechanics with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as neededLabel and prepare finished products for shipmentMeet daily production and safety goalsComplete accurate production reportingQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredBasic math skills including fractions and decimalsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrevious manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus, but not requiredBasic computer skills helpfulAdditional Information:Regular attendance and punctuality are requiredOvertime may be required based on production needsPhysical ability to perform manufacturing and packaging duties requiredApply today to join a fast-paced manufacturing team with opportunities for growth and advancement.
