What You’ll DoAs a Housekeeper with Mean Joe Green Cleaners LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Ensuring all areas are spotless and meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Managing your own cleaning supplies and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Upselling additional cleaning services to clients when appropriate (earn commission for every upsell!).
- Maintaining professionalism and reliability by showing up on time and adhering to company policies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional cleaning experience is required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable Transportation: This is a 1099 role, so you must have a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites.
- Supplies: You must provide your own cleaning supplies, including a mop, bucket, broom, vacuum, and cleaning chemicals.
- Dependability: We value reliability—showing up on time and ready to work is a must.
- Background Check: You must pass a criminal background check.
- Non-Smoking Policy: No smoking or cannabis use is permitted while working or on job sites.
At Mean Joe Green Cleaners LLC, we believe in rewarding hard work. Here’s what you can expect:
- Competitive Pay: $22-$25 per hour.
- Commission Opportunities: Earn 25% commission on any upsells you sell to clients.
- Tips and Additional Earnings: On top of your hourly pay, you can earn $150-$300 per week in commission and tips.
