Responsibilities include:Assisting patients with personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changesSupporting patient mobility, repositioning, transfers, and ambulationMonitoring and documenting vital signs and patient observationsAccurately recording important information in patient chartsProviding compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families throughout their treatment and recoveryContributing to a safe, positive, and patient-centered care environmentEvery day offers opportunities to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while expanding your healthcare knowledge and experience.Why You'll Love This UnitThe Neuro Surgical Unit is a 32-bed inpatient department with an additional 5-bed short-stay pod located within the Orthopedic and Neuroscience Hospital at Deaconess Gateway.
