CNC Brake Press OperatorWe are seeking a CNC Brake Press Operator for an incredible career opportunity in Green Cove Springs. Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week! Pay: $20-$22/ hour Depending on Experience Weekend Shift- Friday-Monday 4am-4:30pm.The press brake operator is responsible for bending and shaping metal sheets and plates to create components for these machines. They use specialized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment to bend metal into precise shapes according to engineering blueprints.Key Responsibilities & SkillsSetting up the press brake machine with appropriate dies and punches, and programming the CNC controller for specific jobs.Interpreting complex design drawings to determine the necessary bends, dimensions, and materials.Ensuring metal components are bent accurately, inspecting finished parts for defects, and ensuring they meet high-quality standards.Following strict safety protocols, as working with press brakes involves handling heavy machinery.Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performanceQualifications / Requirements:Must know how to read a tape measurePrevious CNC experience requiredExperience in manufacturingAbility to read blueprintsExcellent attention to detailA stable job historyWillingness to learnReliable transportationThis is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
