As a full-time hair stylist at Great Clips, you'll warmly greet each guest with a genuine smile and make sure they feel welcomed the moment they step into the salon. Comfort is key, and you'll build trust through meaningful consultations using Clip Notes to review past styles and determine their current preference. You'll ensure personalized, consistent service, followed by confirming satisfaction and inviting guests to return for an experience that's both professional and relaxing. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
