Executive Recruiter at Revere Staffing Partners We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist , including new graduates , to join an outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build strong clinical skills, gain mentorship, and grow confidence in patient care while delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Multiple locations in the Worcester area. Monday - Friday - either 7am- 4pm or 11am to 7pm. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations under established clinical guidelines to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with support and collaboration from experienced clinicians Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities appropriate to patient needs Educate patients on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to support coordinated patient care Adhere to all state, federal, and professional standards of practice Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program New graduates encouraged to apply Eligible for or holding an active state Physical Therapist license Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop clinical expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Support & Development Structured onboarding and mentorship with experienced Physical Therapists Ongoing clinical support and opportunities for skill development Exposure to a diverse outpatient caseload to build confidence and clinical competence Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and professional growth Preferred Skills & Attributes Interest in outpatient orthopedic or general rehabilitation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively while learning clinical workflows Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care Outpatient clinical setting Full‑time opportunities available Physical demands include standing, assisting patients, and performing therapeutic techniques Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting Pay Range $38.00/hr - $39.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr Revere Staffing Partners
