Description

Great Place Construction (GPC) is hiring for all construction skill sets. Paid travel time in company vehicles. Work is generally within 1-2 hours of Sioux Falls.

GPC is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial design/build projects. We are looking for responsible individuals to join our team and train in all aspects of construction work!

Advancement opportunities – you are coming in on the ground floor, work for us and move up as we grow.

GPC is looking for:

• Ability to use a variety of tools and machines such as: brooms, hammer, power drill, level, jack hammer, pressure washer, etc.
• Knowledge of general safe work practices
• Ability to measure materials or distances, using square, measuring tape, rule or string line to lay out work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted to help load and unload construction materials
• Willing to assist superintendents, carpenters, concrete and steel workers with work

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable with a good attitude
• Good math skills
