Maintenance Technician - Day Shift Blackwell, OK, US, 74631 Group: Emerging Businesses Group Division: Geogrid Pay: Tensar Job ID: 21396 Benefits Day 1 Benefits Coverage with low cost Medical, Vision, Dental Day 1 Paid-time Off and Vacation 4.5% Company Match 401(k) plan $500 Annual Company-paid Lifestyle Benefit Competitive Compensation and Bonuses Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Advancement Opportunities What You'll Do Perform predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance, utilize computer systems and programs for documentation of maintenance/safety activities; perform time entry, enter notifications and work orders, enter corrective actions/comments Perform all facets of the repair safely while utilizing hand tools, power tools and precision tools at different heights or adverse conditions Effectively monitor and inspect equipment for defects Work alongside other Technicians on job orders and troubleshooting Attend training regarding applicable equipment Mentor and train other maintenance team members Perform building maintenance as required Maintain good general housekeeping, keeping clean equipment and work area. Keep all tools in good working condition Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture What You'll Need Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role required Experience with industrial electrical repairs including troubleshooting and repair of A/C - D/C drives and motors, PLC's and 480 Volt 3 phase electrical Knowledge with servicing and repairing industrial equipment Possess specific knowledge of both hydraulic and electrical systems and equipment Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to details and find root causes for issues Must be able to read technical documents and manuals and write job instructional training documents Must be able and willing to cross train as required Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, some holidays and overtime Your Education High School Diploma or GED required CMC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, citizenship, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, or other status protected by federal, state or local law.
