Epic Willow Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support and advance pharmacy information systems, the full-time remote Epic Willow Analyst will analyze, configure, and optimize Epic Willow applications while collaborating with pharmacy leadership and other stakeholders to enhance medication management workflows. Key responsibilities Analyze, configure, and maintain Epic Willow applications and associated pharmacy workflows Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts to optimize functionality Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials for pharmacy operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Active Epic certifications in Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, or Willow Inpatient Experience with pharmacy automation systems and healthcare IT integrations Strong analytical skills and experience with project management and system optimization Familiarity with cloud computing and AI technologies as applied to healthcare Virtual Vocations Inc
