As a General Manager , youre the heartbeat of your restaurant. Youll lead your team, drive performance, and create an environment where both guests and employees feel at home. Your Impact:
- Build and develop a high-performing team (and future leaders!)

- Own the business: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L

Youre not just a manageryoure a leader who takes ownership and brings people along with you. You Bring:
- 35 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- High energy, urgency, and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- On your feet for extended periods
- Working in a high-energy, high-heat environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range HUDDLE HOUSE is a unique member of the communities it serves.
