What Youll Do

As a General Manager , youre the heartbeat of your restaurant. Youll lead your team, drive performance, and create an environment where both guests and employees feel at home.

• Own the business: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L

What Were Looking For

Youre not just a manageryoure a leader who takes ownership and brings people along with you.

You Bring:

• 35 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L)
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• High energy, urgency, and accountability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The Reality of the Role

Lets be realthis is a fast-paced, hands-on role. Youll be:

• On your feet for extended periods
• Working in a high-energy, high-heat environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Leading from the front, not behind a desk

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range
